Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined. If a customer qualifies for more than one discount, the larger discount will apply.
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
Prices shown are starting prices and apply to standard-sized residential properties with suitable equipment access.
Oversized, steep, curved, gravel or unusually long driveways and sidewalks may require an adjusted quote.
Backyard walkways, decks, patios, multiple staircases and other labour-intensive areas are available on a limited basis and must be quoted separately.
The final price will be confirmed after we review the property address, requested service areas and photographs.
Seasonal service runs from November 1st through April 15th.

How quickly will you clear my snow after it falls?
We provide service within 24 hours after snowfall ends, although we always aim to arrive sooner. During extreme weather conditions, service times may vary depending on conditions and safety.
What is your snow trigger depth?
We provide unlimited clearing following qualifying snowfall of approximately 1 cm. This helps ensure your driveway, city sidewalk and front entrance walkway remain clear throughout the winter season.
Do I need to call you when it snows?
No. Our residential seasonal service includes automatic dispatch following qualifying snowfalls, so you do not need to call us each time it snows.
What areas of the property do you clear?
Our standard residential packages focus on machine-accessible areas, including:
- Driveway, based on the selected package
- City sidewalk in front of your property
- Front entrance walkway
Backyard walkways, decks, patios, multiple staircases and other labour-intensive areas are available on a limited basis and must be quoted separately.
What happens if vehicles block the driveway?
If vehicles block part or all of the driveway, we will clear all safe and accessible areas. Once the driveway is accessible, additional clearing may be completed on a subsequent visit.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Black Tulip Landscaping Inc. is fully insured, helping protect both homeowners and our team while we are working on your property.
